Tracking Seller of Travel + IATA + E&O

Travel Designer tracks the licenses and bonds advisors are required to carry:

• Seller of Travel — the five states that require advisor registration: California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, Iowa. Add one record per state where you sell.
• IATA accreditation
• ARC bond
• E&O insurance — your professional liability coverage
• Consortium membership — annual renewal for Virtuoso / Signature / etc.

Each record has an expires date that drives the status badge:
• active — more than 60 days out
• expiring — within 60 days
• expired — past expires

The daily sweep refreshes statuses at 6:00 AM ET. Expiring + expired records also surface on the Overview tab's "What needs you today" panel so the advisor sees them before the state notices.
