Commission tracking and chasing

Every booked proposal auto-seeds a pending commission with an expected date 30 days post-checkout. You can also add commissions manually for direct bookings outside the proposal flow.

Statuses flow: pending → late (14 days past expected) → received / short / disputed / lost.

The daily sweep recomputes aging at 6:00 AM ET. To chase a late commission, click the entry and ask Wally — the travelDesigner_commissionChase tool stamps chasedAt + drafts an email body the advisor can review and send via the org's standard outbound email flow.

When commission is received: click "Mark Received" — the entry stamps received cents + date. If you've wired Accounting, a journal entry can post to the Commissions Receivable account at that moment.

Statement reconciliation by network ships as a placeholder — paste a CSV from your consortium statement and the import callable counts rows. Per-network parsers (Virtuoso Excel, Signature PDF, Gift Travel CSV) drop in once each format is canonicalized.
