Assigning training to your team
Org admins can push a deck to anyone in the org with an optional due date. Open a deck → the Assign panel on the right side of the editor → pick the team member, optionally set a due date, and assign.
What the assignee sees:
The deck shows up under their Assignments tab on /training with a progress bar (mastered cards / total cards) and the due date. They open it, hit Start session, and grade through the cards — the SM-2 algorithm handles the order.
Assignment status moves through assigned → in_progress (the moment they grade their first card) → completed (once every card is mastered) or overdue (past the due date with cards still unfinished).
Progress is stored per user under their own account — when an assignee leaves the org their grading history stays with them, your assignment record stays with the org.
