Getting started with Training — flash cards + spaced repetition
Training is a self-paced flash-card module for onboarding, certifications, and any workforce enablement that's better remembered than read once. Every card has a front (question or term) and a back (answer or definition), optionally a hint and a code snippet. The learner grades themselves — Again / Good / Easy — and the SM-2 spaced-repetition algorithm decides when each card surfaces next. Cards a learner gets wrong come back sooner; cards they nail get pushed days or weeks out, marked "mastered" once the interval crosses 21 days.
How it differs from Decks and Classroom:
• Slide Decks — presentation slides for proposals, pitches, and runbooks.
• Classroom — a curriculum of subjects ending in real practice inside Turtini modules.
• Training — flash cards for retention, with assignments and manager visibility for org workforce learning.
Where Training lives:
The /training page has four tabs — My Decks, Assignments (anything assigned to you, with a progress bar), Marketplace (public decks to install in one click), and (for org admins) Org Decks. Open any deck and pick Start session to enter the immersive full-screen learner. Press space to flip a card, then 1 / 2 / 3 — or tap the buttons on mobile — to grade it.
Training is free and runs in both Personal context (your own self-study decks) and Org context (decks an org admin assigns to the team).
