Memory is the structured Q&A. Each entry answers one question about the business.

To add:
1. Memory tab → "+ Add Q&A"
2. **Topic** — Customers / Suppliers / Employees / Process / Finances / Compliance / Culture / Tech
3. **Question** — what a new owner would need to know
4. **Answer** — the actual knowledge. Be plain. Be specific. Name names.
5. **Importance** — Critical / Important / Nice-to-know
6. Save

Examples of good entries:
- (Suppliers, Critical) "Why do we always pay Western Roofing on Net-10, not Net-30?" → "Bob at Western gave us our first chance in 2012 when nobody else would. We pay him fast, he prioritizes us on the schedule. Worth ~3 weeks of project-delay risk per year."
- (Customers, Critical) "Why does the city call Tom (founder) personally for emergencies?" → "Tom did the original water plant retrofit in 1998 and is the only person who knows what's behind the south wall isn't on the as-builts. Until that knowledge transfers, the city won't trust anyone else for emergencies."
- (Process, Important) "Why do we always ship by Wednesday?" → "Our biggest customer's receiving dock closes Fridays at noon and they ding us if it's late."
