Set up your walk-on music
Walk-on music is your personal entrance sound — a three-second clip that plays to the whole room the moment you join a Stage meeting.
Set it up:
• On the Stage lobby, open the walk-on music editor and upload any audio file (MP3, M4A, WAV, or OGG).
• The waveform renders and a fixed three-second window appears. Drag it to pick the exact slice you want, preview it, and save.
It's yours and it's portable:
• The trim happens entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded until you save the slice. Your clip is stored on your personal record, so it follows you into any Stage meeting, in any org.
Control when it plays:
• By default your sting plays to everyone when you arrive. You can switch it to play only for you, or toggle it off for a given meeting.
Because it's personal, each participant brings their own walk-on — your entrance is the same whether you're in a work call or a personal one. (Uploaded audio passes through the platform's moderation pipeline.)
