Talk to us live — let visitors call you from your site
"Talk to us live" puts a button on your public website that rings your team into a face-to-face video call — a real-time alternative to a contact form or a chat widget.
Add it to your site:
• In Builder, drop the "Talk to us live" block onto any page. Customise the heading, subtext, button label, and colour — the defaults are "Talk to us live", "Start a face-to-face video call with our team — right now", and "Start a video call".
• Publish the page.
What a visitor does:
• They click the button. (If they're not signed in, they sign in quickly and click again.) They're placed in your org's waiting room with their name on the call, e.g. "Live call — Jane Smith", and they wait there until someone admits them.
What your team sees:
• Every owner and admin of the org gets an in-app notification — "Incoming live call from Jane Smith" — that deep-links straight into the Stage room.
• Whoever joins first becomes the host, admits the visitor from the People panel, and the call begins. From there it's a normal Stage call — screen share, chat, pay-in-the-call, and recap to a record all work.
It's a live front desk: no scheduling, no install, just a visitor and your team face to face in seconds.
