Schedule a meeting and invite people

From /stage you can schedule a meeting and invite people in one step.

Pick a time that works:
• Check "Schedule for later" and choose a date, time, and length. Stage shows "Suggested times" as chips — open slots that are free across every calendar you've connected (personal, work, Google, etc.). Tap a chip to fill the date and time instantly.
• The time in the invite is shown in your timezone (for example, "6:00 PM EDT"), and the calendar file carries it correctly so it lands at the right local time for everyone.

Invite by email:
• Type an email and press Add (or just type it and start the meeting — a still-typed address is included so it's never silently dropped). Each invitee gets an email with the join link and a calendar file (.ics) that also lands on their Turtini calendar.
• Invitees are added to the meeting chat too, so they can follow along even if they can't join live.

Add notes and files:
• Give the meeting a note or agenda and attach files (an agenda PDF, a deck, a map). Both ride along in the invite email and show on the meeting. See "Edit a meeting, add notes and files, and resend the invite."

Repeat it or send reminders:
• A scheduled meeting can repeat (for example, the third Thursday each month) and send reminder emails before each occurrence. See "Recurring meetings and reminder emails."

Open it up to guests:
• Need people without a Turtini account to join — an HOA call, a town hall? See "Let people join without a Turtini account."

If an invite fails to send, Stage tells you inline rather than failing silently — the meeting itself is still created.
