Recurring meetings and reminder emails
A standing meeting — a monthly board meeting, a weekly standup — can repeat on a schedule and send reminder emails on its own. Both are optional; a one-off meeting needs neither.
Make it repeat:
• When you schedule a meeting and pick a date, a "Repeats" menu appears. Choose Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, "Monthly on the [n]th [weekday]" (for example, the third Thursday), or "Monthly on the same date." Stage reads the date you picked, so "third Thursday" just works.
• The recurrence rides along on the calendar invite, so the whole series lands on every attendee's calendar — including guests — with no extra steps.
Send reminder emails:
• Under "Email reminders," tap the offsets you want: 7 days before, 3 days before, 1 day before, and/or the day of. Turtini emails everyone invited (plus the host) at each one, with the time, your notes, the join link, and any attachments.
• For a repeating meeting, reminders go out before each occurrence — so a monthly board meeting reminds the group every month, not just the first time.
Change it anytime:
• Open the meeting from "Recent meetings" on /stage → Edit to change the cadence or reminder offsets. (See "Edit a meeting, add notes and files, and resend the invite.")
