Take a payment during a call

Because Stage runs inside the same system as your CRM and commerce, you can close a sale without leaving the call. Open the "Close in the call" panel (the dollar icon) — host only.

There are two ways to collect:

Quote → pay:
• Works when the meeting is bound to an opportunity (it fills in automatically). Pick products, set quantities, and the total updates live.
• Tap "Create quote" to save a draft quote, then "Collect payment" to turn it into an invoice and mint a secure Stripe checkout link.
• A QR code appears and the pay link is dropped into the call chat ("Pay securely: …") — the guest scans it on their phone or taps the link and pays the deposit or the full amount on the spot.

Folio charge (lodging):
• Enter an amount and description, tap "Choose room & charge", and pick the guest's checked-in reservation. The charge posts straight to their room folio and into the books.

If your org hasn't connected Stripe yet, the panel nudges you to set it up in Settings → Payments first (see "Connect Stripe to get paid"). Once connected, payment lands in your account and posts to Accounting like any other sale.
