Add Turtini Stage to Google Calendar

Turtini Stage can appear right inside Google Calendar's "Add video conferencing" dropdown — next to Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Pick it on any event and Calendar attaches a Stage room and join link to the invite automatically, so your attendees get a one-click Stage link without leaving Calendar.

Installing it:
• The add-on must be installed for your Google account before it shows up. A Google Workspace admin can install "Turtini Stage" for the whole domain, or you can add it from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
• Note: personal @gmail.com accounts can't install Workspace Marketplace add-ons. On a personal Google account, keep using "+ Meeting" inside Turtini's Stage page to create rooms — same result, different entry point.

Using it:
1. Create or open an event in Google Calendar.
2. Open "Add video conferencing" and choose Turtini Stage.
3. Calendar creates the room and drops the join link into the event. Send the invite as usual — Google notifies your guests.
• External guests can join with guest access on by default, so people outside your org aren't blocked.

Choosing the context:
• In the add-on's side panel you can pick whether new rooms are created under your Personal account or one of your orgs. Your choice is remembered.
• There's an optional auto-sync toggle: when on, editing the event's title or time in Google Calendar keeps the linked Stage room in sync. (Cancel a meeting from inside Turtini, not by deleting the Calendar event.)

Your Turtini account is matched from the Google email on the event — if that email isn't linked to a Turtini account, the add-on will ask you to link it first.
