Follow up after a meeting that came from an email conversation
When a meeting started from an email conversation ends, Wally's recap is filed on the meeting and a recap reply is saved in your Drafts, addressed only to the people who joined. Nothing is sent until you open the draft, read it and press Send.
From the meeting's details in Stage (as the host):
- Draft recap reply: the recap, the action items, and a link to the recording that plays only for people who were invited.
- Draft catch-up for no-shows: the same, to invitees who did not join.
- Draft reminders to owners: one draft per person who took on an action item.
- Create tasks: pick action items and create them as tasks on the account or project the meeting is linked to. An owner is assigned only when they are a member of your organization.
Before the meeting, Brief me from the email thread asks Wally for a short brief of the latest messages. Only people who can open that mailbox get it, and Wally treats the email as information, never as instructions.
Files sent on the thread are listed with the meeting for people who can open the mailbox. A file shared in the meeting chat can be emailed (from the meeting's details) or saved to your Drive if it is a PDF.
