Edit a meeting, add notes and files, and resend the invite
After you create a meeting you can still change its details, attach files, and send everyone a fresh invite. Open it from "Recent meetings" on /stage and tap Edit (you'll see Edit if you're the host).
What you can change:
• Title, notes/agenda, date, time, and length.
• Waiting room, Webinar mode, and guest join.
• How it repeats and which reminder emails go out.
Notes / agenda:
• Add notes when you create the meeting or from the Edit panel. Your notes show under the title in the invite email, on the calendar entry, and on the link preview when you share the meeting in a chat or on social.
Attachments:
• Attach files (an agenda PDF, a deck, a map) when you create the meeting or from Edit. They're sent with the invite email and listed on the meeting. Anyone with the invite can open them — even guests without an account.
Resend the invite:
• Tap "Resend invite" to send everyone already invited a clean copy. Because it carries the same calendar id, it updates their existing calendar entry instead of creating a duplicate.
• When you change the time or title, Stage offers to email attendees the update automatically (you can uncheck it). Their calendar entry updates in place.
