Call a coworker directly on Stage
Not every conversation needs a scheduled meeting. You can ring a coworker for a quick one-on-one — like a phone call, but on Stage with video, screen share, and chat.
Place a call:
• Hover (or tap) a coworker anywhere their card appears — the Workforce roster, the org chart — and use the **Call** button on the card.
• The call opens for you right away in a small floating drawer on the right, so you can keep working while it connects. There's nothing to schedule and no invite link to send.
What the person you're calling sees:
• If they're online in Turtini, a full-screen **Incoming call** card appears with your name and **Accept / Ignore**. Accept drops them straight into the call (in their own floating drawer); Ignore declines it.
• If they're away from Turtini, after a short grace period they get a **text message** with a one-tap link to join — so a call still reaches them on their phone.
During the call:
• The call runs in the same hardened Stage room as any meeting, so all the in-call tools are there — mic, camera, screen share, chat, captions, recording.
• **Minimize** the drawer to a pill to keep the call running while you work full-screen; tap it to expand again. **Leave** ends your side of the call.
Good to know:
• Calls are one-to-one to start — you reach a specific coworker in your org.
• The text-message fallback only goes out if the person doesn't pick up the live ring and has a mobile number on file; people who are active in-app just get the on-screen ring.
• This is for people inside your organization; for inviting outside guests, schedule a meeting and send the invite link instead.
