Board & member meeting minutes
If your organization has the Property Operations module on, a Stage call can write its own minutes. Label the meeting as a board or member meeting and, when it ends, Turtini drafts the minutes from the transcript, files them, and emails a summary to your community — no one has to take notes.
Label the meeting:
• When you start or schedule a meeting in an org that has Property Operations active, pick "Board meeting" or "Member meeting" under "Governance meeting." (The option only appears for those orgs.)
End the meeting:
• When you're done, the host taps "End & file minutes" (the End button on a labeled meeting). That's the signal to produce the minutes. If everyone just leaves, Turtini also wraps up an abandoned governance call on its own a little later.
What you get:
• An editable minutes document saved in your org's Docs — open it from the link in the email to revise anything before sharing more widely. It carries your organization's logo, a plain-language summary, and structured sections (attendees, discussion, decisions & motions, action items) drawn from what was actually said.
• A branded PDF of the full minutes, with your logo.
• An email with the summary and a link to the document, with the PDF attached, sent to your board members and residents (everyone on your property's resident roster).
The minutes are a draft for you to review and edit — Turtini writes the first pass from the transcript, and you have the final say. (A call needs a transcript to produce minutes, so make sure at least one person is on a supported browser — see "Live captions & transcripts.")
