What Sports is — six tiers, one module

Sports is one module that scales from youth league to pro front office. Same primitives — Team, Roster, Game, Practice, Playbook, ScoutReport — different defaults per tier.

The breakthrough idea: the athlete is the canonical record, NOT the roster slot. Roster slots carry `linkedUserId` pointing at the canonical Turtini user. Teams hold a permissioned view of the athlete; they never copy athlete data.

When a player moves teams (Little League → travel → HS → college → pro), every new team just gains a permission grant. Nothing is recopied. Career stats, film, medical, certs — all follow the athlete via the identity graph. The athlete-owned career dossier lives at /me/athlete.
