Prepaid thermal & facility packages

Thermal and facility passes let a guest prepay for spa access up front, and the value draws down as they use it. On the Packages tab, click "+ New package".

Two kinds of package:

• Unlimited access (a pass) — grants entry for a validity window, e.g. "Thermal Suite — 3 Day". There is no per-visit charge; the pass itself is the entitlement. Use this for a thermal-suite or facility pass.
• Series (N visits) — a set number of redeemable visits, e.g. a 5-facial series. Each completed treatment that the package covers decrements one visit and draws the prepaid value down — net-zero to the guest, because they already paid.

Which treatments a package covers is set by entitlement keys. Give a package one or more keys (for example spa.thermal or spa.massage), and any treatment whose entitlement key matches is covered by that package. Leave a treatment's key blank and it is never covered — it always posts a normal charge.

How it stays safe: a package is a prepayment for your own services on this single visit — closed-loop, held by the property, never resold or transferred. Money moves once, at purchase, straight to your account.

Unused at debark: choose "Refund unused" and any leftover value is refunded to the guest's card automatically at check-out; choose "Expires" and leftover value simply expires with no money moving. You pick the policy per package.
