Getting started with Socials
Socials lives under Builder → Socials. It lets your org compose a single post and publish it to one or many connected social accounts — Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube — without leaving Turtini.
To enable it: an org admin turns on the Socials module in Settings → Modules. The Socials tab then appears in the Builder header.
The Socials workspace has four tabs:
• Compose — write copy, attach media or a Design Studio asset, pick which accounts to post to, and choose to post now, schedule, or save as draft
• Scheduled & Drafts — your queue. Edit, duplicate, or delete anything that hasn't gone out yet.
• Posted — history view, with per-account success/failure results and links to the live post
• Connected Accounts — connect new accounts via OAuth, see what's currently linked, disconnect anything you no longer want to post to
A typical first post:
1. Connect at least one account in Connected Accounts (one-click OAuth per provider)
2. Compose a post — write the copy, attach an image or Design Studio asset, select the accounts you want to post to
3. Click Post now (or pick a date/time and Schedule)
Same copy, every platform. Per-platform character limits trigger a warning if you exceed them, but the message goes through with the platform's truncation behavior.
