Adding a Site Assistant to your published website

Site Assistant adds a chat assistant to your published site that answers visitor questions from your own content — grounded in what you publish, never made up.

What it requires:
Site Assistant is an add-on to Builder, so the Website module must be active. Enable Site Assistant from the module directory; it attaches to a site you have published.

What it answers from:
The assistant is grounded strictly in your opted-in content — your published pages, plus any sources you add such as PDFs or links. If a question is not covered by that content, it says "not covered" instead of guessing. It will not invent an answer.

Choosing the audience:
You decide who can use it:
• Public visitors — anyone on your site
• Members only — signed-in members, if you would rather keep it behind login

White-labeling:
Keep the Wally default, or make it yours — set the assistant's name, avatar, and color to match your brand. Visitors see your assistant, not a generic widget.

Citations:
Answers stream in with citations back to the source content, so a visitor (and you) can see exactly where an answer came from. That grounding is the point: it turns your published material into a helpful front-desk without risking a made-up claim.

Setting it up:
From your site's settings, add the sources you want the assistant to draw on, pick the audience, set the branding, and publish. The assistant appears on the live site for the audience you chose.
