Your website privacy policy stays up to date

Your site's Privacy Policy is generated from what your site and your organization actually do, and it updates itself when that changes.

It covers, when they apply:
• The card processor that handles payments, by name
• Ticket purchases and check-in, and texting tickets to a mobile number
• Drink and food tickets
• Selling partners who can see the buyers that used their link
• Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes
• Forms, bookings, member accounts, chat, analytics and cookies

**When it changes**

Turning a feature on or off, such as partner selling, updates the policy. The page shows a "Last updated" date that moves only when what it discloses changes, and each version is kept on record. Your organization's owners and admins get an email and a notification saying what was added or removed.

**Using your own text**

You can replace the generated text with your own in the Privacy page's legal block. Your text is kept as written, and a section headed "How this site shares your information" is added beneath it and kept current automatically.

The generated policy describes your settings. It is not legal advice; review it and make sure it suits your organization.
