Customizing the signature template

The Template tab controls the shared brand settings applied to every team member's signature.

Brand settings:
• Brand Color — the accent color used for links, the divider line, and social icons in the preview
• Font — choose from system-safe fonts that render consistently across email clients

Display toggles:
• Show logo — displays your company logo above the name
• Show headshot — displays each member's profile photo (pulled from their Turtini profile)
• Show socials — displays social media icons linking to your company pages
• Show divider — shows a vertical accent line between the personal and company info columns

Company info fields:
• Company name, address, phone, website, and support email — shown in the right column
• Disclaimer — optional fine-print text shown at the bottom (legal disclaimers, confidentiality notices, etc.)

Company socials:
• LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter URLs — displayed as icons when "Show socials" is enabled

All template changes save automatically.
