Setting up your email signature

The Email Signatures builder creates branded email signatures for your entire team and pushes them directly to Gmail.

To access Email Signatures:
1. Click "Builder" in the main navigation
2. Select the "Signatures" tab

The builder has two views:
• Template — configure the shared brand settings (logo, colors, company info, social links) that apply to the whole team
• Team — view and manage each team member's individual signature

To publish signatures to Gmail:
1. Configure your template settings
2. Switch to the Team view and select a member
3. Click "Push to Gmail" — this sends the signature directly to that member's connected Gmail account
4. The button shows "Pushed!" on success

Each team member must connect their Gmail account (Settings → Integrations → Gmail) before their signature can be pushed.
