People tab — on-property roster

The People tab in the SIEM module gives you a live roster of everyone currently on your property — staff, lodging guests, restaurant guests, and venue guests — all in one place.

Who appears in the roster:
• Staff — all active workforce members. Workers currently clocked in are labeled "Clocked In." Volunteers show their type.
• Lodging Guests — guests with a confirmed or checked-in reservation whose stay spans the selected date
• Restaurant Guests — guests with a non-cancelled reservation on the selected date
• Venue Guests — guests with an active pass valid on the selected date

Each person shows their name, contact details (email / phone), a color-coded source badge, and a link to their profile or module record.

Browsing and filtering:
• Use the date picker to view today's roster or a historical snapshot
• Filter by source type using the pill bar (All, Staff, Lodging Guests, Restaurant Guests, Venue Guests)
• Use the live search to find anyone by name

Bulk communication:
• Tap "Bulk Email" to compose and send an email to all people currently shown in the filtered list
• Tap "Bulk Text" to compose and send an SMS to all people with phone numbers in the filtered list
• Both panels show a recipient count before you send

Emergency Alert:
The "Emergency Alert" button opens a two-step confirmation panel. After confirming, Turtini immediately fires both a bulk email and bulk SMS to everyone on the current filtered list — useful for urgent on-property notifications such as evacuations or safety alerts.

Daily snapshots:
When you view today's roster, Turtini saves a daily snapshot to Firestore (debounced 5 seconds). This lets you pull up an accurate historical headcount for any past date — useful for incident reports and compliance.
