Ship-by deadlines and the anti-hounding nudges

Set a ship-by deadline on any shipment and Turtini chases it for you — without hounding anyone.

The card shows a countdown ("Must ship by Jun 14 — 5d") and turns red when the deadline passes ("Ship-by was Jun 14 — 2d overdue"), along with any late-fee accrual you configured.

How the nudges behave:
• They start 48 hours before the deadline, not weeks early.
• At most one nudge per day.
• Up to four nudges, then it stops — it never floods an inbox.
• They go to the responsible party (the shipper who has to act), and include the late-fee cost if you set one.
• The moment the carrier scans the package — any movement at all — the nudges go silent automatically. Once it's moving, there's nothing left to chase.

This is the "anti-hounding" design: enough reminders to get a stuck return out the door, and not one more than needed. If a package is truly stuck, it escalates so a manager can step in.
