What is Shipments?

Shipments is universal package tracking for anything your org sends or expects — at /shipments. One shared, self-watching record replaces the "did it ship?" and "did it arrive?" email chains.

What it tracks:
Any package with a USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL tracking number, in either direction:
• Outbound — you're sending (a store order, an equipment loan return, an RMA you're shipping back).
• Inbound — you're expecting (a vendor return, a customer sending something back).

How it works:
You add a tracking number; Turtini watches the carrier for you and notifies the right party on every meaningful event — movement, delivery, a delivery exception, or a ship-by deadline slipping. It polls carriers on a schedule so you never have to refresh a carrier website again.

Three tabs at /shipments:
• Active — packages currently being watched.
• Delivered — packages that arrived.
• All — the full history.

Turn it on from the Marketplace (or ask Wally to "enable shipments"). It works standalone, or other modules — Retail, Field Service, Lending — can hand a tracking number to Shipments so a store order or an equipment return is watched with no extra steps.
