Turtini

What appears at the bottom of your automated emails

Every automated email your organization sends -- receipts, invoices, dues notices, confirmations -- carries a short identity block at the bottom. Most of it is filled in from your organization profile, so it is worth making sure that profile is complete.

What appears there:

• Who sent it. "Sent by {Your organization} via Turtini", or "on behalf of" when you have not connected your own sending domain.
• Your mailing address. Taken from your organization profile. If the street line is blank, the address is left off entirely rather than printed half-finished.
• Your support contact. Your support email and phone from the same profile, so a recipient with a question has somewhere to go.
• Who processed the payment. On emails about money only -- receipts, invoices, dues, tickets, gift cards, memberships. It names the payment processor and states that the payment was taken on your behalf, and that Turtini keeps the record rather than holding the funds.
• Links to Turtini's privacy policy and terms, labelled as Turtini's so nobody mistakes them for your own.

Why the address matters:
A plain receipt is not required to carry a postal address. But several of these emails are reminders rather than receipts -- renewal notices, dues chases, booking prompts -- and those go out under your organization's name, which makes the address your responsibility rather than ours. Filling in your profile once covers all of them.

To update any of it, open your organization profile in Settings and complete the address, phone, and support email fields. The change applies to every automated email from that point on; there is nothing to configure per template.

What you cannot change here:
The footer is not editable per template, deliberately. It is the part of the email that says who is really writing to you and who really took your money, and an editable version of that is worth less than a fixed one. You can still customize the subject, headline and body of each template under Email Templates.
