Approved expense-forwarding emails
If your org uses Email-to-Bill (forwarding vendor invoices to {alias}@expenses.turtini.com), the inbound webhook only accepts emails from addresses on a per-user allowlist. This stops outsiders from dropping bills into your accounting just by knowing the address.
What's auto-allowed:
• Your primary Turtini email (whatever you sign in with)
• Your personal email (if you've added one under Settings → Profile)
When to add another address:
You'll need to add to your allowlist if you want to forward from a work alias, a shared inbox, a secondary personal account, or your phone's email-to-PDF address — anything that isn't already on the auto-allowed list.
How to add one:
1. Go to Account → Settings → Profile
2. Find the "Expense forwarding" section
3. Type the email address and click Add
4. The new address appears as a removable chip; remove it any time
Your allowlist is per-user, not per-org. Forwarding from a teammate's address won't work — they need to add it to their own allowlist. The "auto" pills can't be removed; they always reflect whichever email is on your profile right now.
The org-wide expense address itself is shown at the top of Accounting → Bills (AP). See "Email-to-Bill — forwarding vendor invoices" for the full pipeline.
