Managing notifications
Notifications appear on the Notifications tab of your profile page. The red badge on your avatar shows the number of unread notifications.
You receive notifications when:
• You're mentioned in a note (@mention)
• You're added to an opportunity or org
• A co-sell partnership is created
• Someone recognizes you
• An admin responds to a support ticket you submitted
Click a notification to read it and mark it as read. Use "Mark all read" to clear them all at once.
Notification Preferences:
Go to Settings → Preferences → Notifications to control which notification types you receive by email and in-app.
Mandatory notifications (always on):
• Quotes, Invoices, Contracts, and Purchases — these cannot be disabled
Toggleable categories:
• Platform: Activity Feed, Hours Requests, Assessments, Renewal Milestones, Opportunities, Recognition
• Marketing & Updates: Newsletter, Platform Tips, Event Announcements
Each category has separate Email and In-App toggles. All categories are on by default. Changes save automatically.
