The Setup Cockpit (/welcome)
The Setup Cockpit at /welcome is the post-onboarding launch pad for every Turtini org. Logged-in users who visit the turtini.com home page (/) are sent here automatically.
What you see on the cockpit:
• Top summary — modules active, estimated monthly savings vs. the SaaS Turtini replaces, and the annualized total
• Your neighborhood — a small grid of live cross-org signals (trending Marketplace templates, public Venues, open Mutual Aid asks, recently-issued Verified-by-Turtini credentials) so you feel part of the network from the first viewport. See "The Neighborhood section on /welcome" for details
• Foundation card — branding (logo), business address, Stripe Connect, and EIN, all editable inline without leaving the page
• Recommended for you — Wally suggests modules to turn on based on your business description
• Connect the rest of your stack — third-party integrations (Stripe, Plaid, Resend, Cloudflare, etc.) with vendor logos and explanations
• Cancel what Turtini replaces — set reminders for when your old SaaS contracts expire
• Your modules — each active module gets a card with a checklist when setup is incomplete and live stats once it's done
• Also turned on — modules you have enabled that don't have a custom setup card yet
How the cards evolve:
When a module's setup checklist is fully complete, the card flips into dashboard mode — replacing the checklist with live counts and key stats from your data. The "why this module is on for you" text collapses to a small toggle so the dashboard view stays clean.
Skipping the cockpit:
Click "Skip for now" in the top-right to go straight to the regular nav. The cockpit stays available at /welcome any time you want to come back.
