Cancellation reminders for the SaaS you're replacing
When you sign up for Turtini, you usually have an old SaaS contract still ticking away — Toast, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Cloudbeds, etc. The cockpit lets you queue up a reminder for the day each one is up so you actually walk away when the time comes.
To add a reminder:
1. Click "+ Add reminder" in the "Cancel what Turtini replaces" section.
2. Search for the vendor — vendors that match your active modules surface first. ~60 SaaS products are in the catalog; if yours isn't there, type it as a custom name.
3. The monthly cost auto-fills from a typical SMB price; override with what you actually pay.
4. Pick the reminder date — usually your contract renewal date.
5. Pick the email to nudge — defaults to your account email.
What happens on the reminder date:
A daily Cloud Function runs at 9 AM ET. When your reminder date arrives, you get an email with the dollar savings you're locking in, plus a copy-paste cancellation message tailored to that vendor (Toast, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Gusto have specific scripts; everything else gets a polite generic).
Managing reminders:
• "I cancelled it" — marks the row done. Doesn't affect the underlying SaaS; it's just for your tracker.
• Edit — change vendor, cost, date, or notification email.
• X — remove the reminder entirely.
The total monthly + annual savings (across pending reminders) shows at the top of the section so you can see what's coming back to your pocket.
