Sales Funnel — sequence forms to leads and watch them convert
Sales Funnel runs a sequence of forms to individual leads and tracks them as they convert. Instead of one landing-page form, you build an ordered series of steps and walk each enrolled contact through them.
Building a funnel:
Create an ordered set of form steps — the sequence a lead moves through from first touch to converted. Each step is a form; together they are the funnel.
Enrolling leads:
Enroll the contacts you want to run through the funnel. Each enrolled contact gets their own progress through the steps, so you can see exactly where every lead is in the sequence.
Delivering the forms:
Form links go out over email and text from your own domain — so the lead sees your name, not a generic sender. You can send a step manually, or turn on automatic day-by-day sequencing so the next form goes out on schedule without you touching it.
Completions feed your pipeline:
Completed forms feed straight back into Contacts and your Opportunities pipeline. A lead working through the funnel isn't stuck in a separate marketing tool — the data lands on the same contact record and opportunity your CRM already uses.
Do it with Wally:
Ask Wally to build a funnel for you and it will assemble the sequence, then offer an action card you confirm with one click (the salesFunnel_buildFunnel tool). Wally walks you through the setup first; the card just shortcuts the manual build once you know what you want.
