Reporting a security concern
If you notice something that looks like a security issue — unexpected behavior, access to data you should not see, or anything that feels wrong — please report it promptly.
For platform users:
• Use the Help modal to open a support ticket
• Describe what you saw, when it happened, and which part of the platform was involved
• Do not attempt to exploit or test the issue further — report it and let the team investigate
For security researchers:
• Email [email protected] with a description of the vulnerability
• We review all reports and aim to respond within 2 business days
• We ask that you give us a reasonable window to address confirmed issues before any public disclosure
What happens after you report:
1. A member of the Turtini team will acknowledge your report
2. We investigate and confirm whether it is a valid security issue
3. If confirmed, we work to resolve it and will notify you when it is fixed
We take all reports seriously. Even if something turns out not to be a security issue, we appreciate the heads-up.
