File and document security
Every non-image file uploaded to Turtini — documents, attachments, and partner resources — passes through an automated security scan before it is stored or made available.
What the scan checks:
• Whether the file is what it claims to be (a PDF should not contain executable code, for example)
• Whether the file contains known malicious signatures or suspicious content
What happens after a scan:
• Files that pass are stored normally and accessible immediately
• Files that are flagged are held for admin review before being made available
• You may notice a brief delay (usually seconds) between upload and availability — this is the scan running
This process runs silently in the background. In most cases you will not notice it at all. If a file is taking longer than expected to become available, it may be in the review queue.
If you believe a legitimate file was incorrectly flagged, contact support with the filename and upload context.
