Transferring stock between stores

If you run more than one store, the Inventory tab lets you move stock from one location to another with a full ship-and-receive trail.

To create a transfer:
1. Switch to the source store (the store picker at the top of the Retail page)
2. Go to Retail → Inventory → Transfers
3. Click "+ New transfer" and choose the destination store
4. Search products by name or SKU and set the quantity to move on each line
5. Click "Save draft"

To send and receive it:
1. From the source store, open the draft and click "Mark shipped"
2. Switch to the destination store — the transfer shows up flagged "Incoming"
3. Click "Receive into [store]"

Receiving the transfer moves the stock: it decrements the source store and increments the destination store. If the product doesn't exist yet at the destination, Turtini creates it there automatically (matched by SKU) carrying the transferred quantity, so you never lose track of where inventory lives.

A second store is required for transfers — add one from "+ Store" in the top bar if you only have one location.
