Reorder points and replenishment

Set a reorder point on the products you restock regularly and Turtini will tell you what to buy — and from whom — before you run out.

Step 1 — Set reorder points on products:
1. Go to Retail → Products and open a product (it must have "Track Inventory" on)
2. Set "Reorder Point" — when stock falls to or below this, the product shows up on the reorder report
3. Set "Reorder Quantity" — the suggested amount to order each time
4. Set a "Preferred Vendor" so reorders group by supplier
5. Save

Step 2 — Work the reorder report:
1. Go to Retail → Inventory → Reorder (it's also summarized on the Analytics tab)
2. Products at or below their reorder point are grouped by preferred vendor, with on-hand, reorder point, and suggested quantity for each
3. Click "Create draft PO" on a vendor group to turn its items into a ready-to-send purchase order, pre-filled with the suggested quantities and saved costs

From there it's the normal receiving flow — open the draft PO, send it, and receive it when the shipment lands.

You can also just ask Wally for the reorder report at any time to see what needs ordering without opening the tab.
