The size × colour matrix view

For apparel and anything else sold in a size/colour grid, the Matrix view shows variant stock as a table instead of a flat list.

To use it:
1. Go to Retail → Products
2. Click the "Matrix" toggle in the toolbar

Each product that has variants renders as a grid. Turtini reads the variant labels (e.g. "Size: M, Color: Red") and lays them out as rows and columns, with the per-cell stock shown as a coloured chip — green for healthy, amber for low, red for out. Products with no variants are listed compactly underneath so nothing disappears in matrix mode.

To change stock or prices in a cell, click the product to open its detail panel and edit the variant there. The matrix is built entirely from each product's existing variants, so the way to populate it is to add Size/Colour variants on your products in the normal product form.
