Loyalty program

Each store can have its own loyalty program. Go to Retail → Settings → Loyalty to configure it.

Enabling loyalty:
1. Toggle "Enable Loyalty Program" on
2. Set Points per Dollar — how many points a customer earns per dollar spent (e.g. 10 = earn 10 pts per $1)
3. Set Points per Redemption — how many points equal one dollar of discount (e.g. 100 = 100 pts = $1 off)
4. Save

Loyalty modes:
• Standalone — points are tracked separately for this store
• Linked — points are shared across stores that also use linked mode under the same org

Discount tiers: add tiers to automatically reward customers who reach a points milestone. Each tier has a name, minimum points threshold, and discount amount or percentage.

Accept external points: toggle this on to allow customers to redeem points earned at other linked stores at this location.
