Managing your product catalog

Go to Retail → Products to manage everything you sell.

Adding a product:
1. Click "+ Add Product"
2. Fill in name (required), price (required), SKU, barcode, description, and category
3. Upload a product image (optional)
4. Toggle "Active" on to make the product appear in the Register
5. Click Save

Variants: if a product comes in multiple sizes, colors, or styles, add variants in the product form. Each variant has its own label, price, and SKU. When a customer buys a variant, its specific price is used at checkout.

Stock tracking: enable "Track Inventory" on a product to maintain a stock count. Set a Low Stock Threshold and you'll see an alert on the Dashboard when stock drops to or below that level. Adjust stock manually from the product detail panel using the +/− controls.

Sorting: drag products within the list to reorder how they appear in the Register.

Deactivating a product: toggle "Active" off to hide it from the Register without deleting it. Inactive products stay in your catalog and can be reactivated at any time.
