Getting started with Retail
The Retail module turns Turtini into a full point-of-sale system — covering your product catalog, in-store register, inventory tracking, order history, and loyalty program from one place.
To activate the Retail module:
1. Go to Organization → Settings → Modules
2. Enable "Retail" — it will become clickable in your navigation
When you first open Retail you'll be prompted to add your first store. You can run multiple stores under one org — each with its own products, inventory, and settings.
Each store needs:
• Store name (required)
• Address
• Tax rate — applied automatically at checkout
• Currency (USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP)
Once a store exists, use the tabs across the top to move between Dashboard, Register, Products, Categories, Orders, Permits, and Settings. The Permits tab tells you which business license, zoning, and occupancy approvals your storefront needs.
