Prepaid online orders still need confirming

An online order that was paid for up front is NOT confirmed by the payment. Somebody here still has to see it.

Why this is worth saying out loud:
A remote order -- your own ordering site, a delivery marketplace, an integration -- is usually paid at the moment it is placed, before anybody in the kitchen has looked at it. The card clearing tells you the money arrived. It tells you nothing about whether the ticket was seen, and that is the one order shape where nobody from your store is standing in front of the customer to notice.

So a prepaid order keeps its orange "Needs confirming" marker, and the 10-minute alert still goes to your phone and your email if nobody picks it up. Confirming it stops the alert, and so does just starting work on it: firing a course, bumping an item, or pressing Start Cooking all count, so a cook who has already begun never has to tap anything extra.

Dine-in is not affected:
A check settled at a table is finished -- the guest ate, then paid. Those never carried the marker and never trigger the alert, and nothing about them changed.

What you may notice after this update:
Alerts you would not have received before, for prepaid tickets sitting in New Tickets with nobody on them. That is the point. If your kitchen works off paper rather than the display, confirm the ticket on the display when you pull the paper and the alert will not fire.

Turning it down:
Settings -> Order alerts, per location. We recommend leaving it on. If the alerts are firing for orders you genuinely did cook, the fix is to bump or advance the ticket on the kitchen display so the board reflects what the line is doing.
