Private dining rooms

Private dining rooms allow you to offer bookable spaces within your restaurant — perfect for private events, corporate dinners, or special occasions.

Enabling rooms:
Go to Settings → Private Dining Rooms and toggle the feature on. You can then add as many rooms as you need.

Each room has:
• Name and capacity (max guests)
• Description (shown to staff when booking)
• Rate type — No fee, Flat fee (one-time charge), or Hourly rate
• Rate amount — the fee in dollars
• Deposit — optional required deposit amount

Booking a room:
When creating or editing a reservation, a Room dropdown appears (only when Private Dining is enabled). Select the room and optionally enter an end time. Turtini calculates the total room cost automatically for hourly rates.

The room cost and deposit status are recorded on the reservation and visible to staff.
