Reservations
The Reservations tab lets you manage walk-ins and advance bookings.
Creating a reservation:
Click "+ New Reservation" and fill in:
• Guest name and party size
• Date and time
• Phone and email (optional, for reminders)
• Table assignment (optional — assign an available or reserved table)
• Room assignment — if Private Dining Rooms is enabled, you can book a specific room and the room cost is calculated automatically
Reservation statuses:
• Pending — not yet confirmed
• Confirmed — confirmed with the guest
• Seated — guest has arrived and is seated
• Cancelled / No-Show
Large party alert:
If a reservation is 8 or more guests and the Workforce module is enabled, an amber warning appears prompting you to verify staffing in the Staff tab.
Date filter:
Use the date picker to view reservations for a specific day, or "All Dates" for a full list.
