Loyalty program
The loyalty program rewards repeat guests with points every time they pay via the QR payment link. Points accumulate per-restaurant and can unlock discount tiers you define.
Enabling loyalty:
1. Go to the Settings tab for your restaurant
2. Scroll to "Loyalty Program" and toggle it on
3. Set your earn rate — the number of points awarded per dollar spent (e.g. 10 = 10 points per $1)
4. Add discount tiers with a point threshold and a discount percentage
5. Click "Save Loyalty Settings"
How guests earn points:
• Points are earned automatically when a guest pays via the Stripe QR payment link (RestaurantPay page)
• The earn rate × the subtotal determines the points awarded on each transaction
• Points are stored under the guest's email address
Discount tiers:
Each tier has a minimum point balance and a discount percentage. When a guest reaches or exceeds a tier's threshold, their QR payment page automatically shows the applicable discount. Tiers stack — the highest threshold the guest qualifies for is applied.
Viewing a guest's loyalty balance:
• In the Contacts module, open any contact's detail panel and go to the Loyalty tab — shows total points, lifetime earned, redeemed, and a full transaction history broken down by restaurant location
• Guests can also see their own points balance on the RestaurantPay receipt page
