Receipts and expense reports

Every paid order generates a receipt that can be viewed online and downloaded as a PDF.

What's on the receipt:
• Your restaurant's logo (if uploaded in Settings)
• Restaurant name, address, and phone
• Table number, receipt number, and payment date
• An itemized list of every item ordered, with quantities and prices
• Subtotal, tax, tip, and total

Viewing a receipt:
After card payment, the green confirmation screen shows a "View Receipt" link. The receipt page is publicly accessible via a unique URL — you can share it with the guest by text or email.

PDF download:
Click "Download PDF Receipt" on the receipt page to generate a print-ready PDF. The PDF includes the restaurant logo at the top.

Adding to an expense report:
If the guest is signed in to Turtini and belongs to an org with the Workforce module enabled, an "Add to Expense Report" button appears on their receipt. Tapping it opens the Workforce → Expense Reports tab pre-filled with the meal details.
