Restaurant website menu block

When the Restaurant module is enabled, a "Restaurant Menu" block becomes available in the Site Builder's block palette.

Adding the menu block:
1. Open Site Builder and edit any page
2. Click "+ Add Block" and select "Restaurant Menu"
3. The block automatically pulls your live menu from the Restaurant module — no manual entry needed

Block settings:
• Heading — title shown above the menu (default: "Our Menu")
• Layout — By category (sections), Grid cards, or Compact list
• Show prices, descriptions, and item images — toggle each on or off
• Hide unavailable items — recommended on; hides any 86'd items automatically
• Enable ordering — when on, guests can add items to a cart and check out directly from the website (requires Stripe to be configured in Site Settings)

The menu block is always live — if you update a price or 86 an item in the Restaurant module, the change appears on your website instantly with no republishing needed.
