Decisions affecting you: what your community has decided, and on what authority

Open your community in Turtini and choose Decisions. You see everything your community's governance has recorded about your unit: each board decision with its letter, every condition, deadline, notice and fine, who made it and when, and the rule each one cites.

Anything marked "Unsupported — no rule cited" was recorded without naming a clause of your governing documents or a board decision. You can see that, and so can the board.

From the same page you can:
- Ask the board to lease your unit, and follow the request.
- Acknowledge that you received a decision.
- Ask for more time on a deadline, explaining what changed. The deadline is paused while the board decides.
- Ask the documents a question. The answer quotes your community's adopted documents word for word, or says that no such rule was found and which documents were searched.

Any change to a decision is a new board decision, and you are notified of it.
