Inbound requests inbox

Requests is your unified inbox for inbound prospect inquiries — website contact form submissions, email-to-inbox forwards, Wally-routed leads. Each request has a from-name + email, subject, body, source, optional attachments, and a routing destination.

How requests arrive:
- Contact form blocks on your Builder site → submissions land here
- Inbound parse — emails forwarded to a per-org inbound alias ([email protected])
- Intake Forms — published intake forms (if Intake Forms module enabled) route here when their schema doesn't map to a more specific module

To work the inbox:
1. /requests → unassigned + unread requests at the top
2. Click a request → see the full content + reply inline (creates an email thread)
3. Convert → opens a CRM record (Contact, Account, Opportunity, Quote) pre-filled from the request
4. Assign → drop the request on a team member's queue
5. Archive → marks resolved + drops out of the active inbox
