Property record on every lease

When you open a lease in the Leases tab, Rental Management surfaces a property record card alongside the lease form:

• **Map** — the unit's address pinned, expandable to fullscreen, with a one-click "Open in Google Maps" link.
• **Service history** — every Field Service job ever logged at this address, across every Turtini org. Use this when a unit comes up for renewal to show the tenant what's been done, or when a unit is between leases to show a prospective tenant the maintenance cadence.

The same data is available in Property Operations on the unit detail. The history is keyed by address, not by org, so it survives ownership changes — when a building changes hands between Turtini-using owners, the new owner sees the prior owner's full log.

For owners preparing to sell or list a unit, the "Share with realtor" button on the unit detail in Property Operations generates a private, expiring URL the realtor can open without signing in.
