Real Estate — attach your MLS and publish listings on your own site
Real Estate is an MLS-attachable operating system for realtors and brokerages. You connect your MLS feed, curate the listings you want to feature, and publish them on your own Turtini-hosted website — your brand, your domain, your listings.
Connecting your MLS feed:
Attach an MLS or IDX feed through a credential-gated provider adapter — a RESO Web API or RETS feed, or an aggregator. This requires a per-board agreement and MLS access on your side; the adapter is the seam, but the board relationship is yours to hold. Once connected, listings sync into an org-scoped catalog.
The synced catalog:
The listing catalog is server-synced and scoped to your org: address, price, beds and baths, square footage, photos, status, description, and the list agent. All listing images run through the platform moderation pipeline before they show.
Featuring listings:
You choose what to feature — specific listings or whole saved searches — rather than dumping the entire feed onto your site. Curate the set you want front and center, and let the rest stay in the catalog.
Publishing to your site:
Two Builder blocks put listings on your branded site: a listings grid or gallery for a set of properties, and a single-property block for one featured listing. Both are styled by the Style Engine, so they match your site's brand automatically instead of looking like a bolted-on IDX widget.
Why this shape:
The listings live on your own site under your own domain, styled like the rest of your brand — not on a third-party portal that owns your leads. You attach the feed once and the properties flow into pages you control.
