Design Studio: the "QR codes" asset group
Design Studio has a dedicated "QR codes" group in the asset sidebar so you can pull any platform-generated QR into a custom flyer, poster, or print piece without exporting + re-importing.
What auto-loads into the QR codes group:
• Your site URLs (one QR per published Builder site)
• Each subscription plan's buy-page QR
• Each retail product's buy-page QR
• Each event's public page QR
• Each issued gift card's QR (recent ones; older ones searchable)
• Each org-issued certificate QR (from Verified by Turtini)
Compose a custom flyer:
1. Open Design Studio (Builder → Design tab)
2. Create a new canvas — pick a size (A4, A5, postcard, square 5x5, etc.)
3. Drag a QR from the sidebar onto the canvas
4. Add text, brand colors, your logo, AI-generated background
5. Export as PDF or PNG
Why it lives here:
QRs needed for a print piece often need typographic + visual context that a one-click Print Kit asset can't capture (e.g. a holiday gift-card promo with custom illustration). Design Studio is the right surface; auto-importing the QRs means you skip the "go to Retail → screenshot → import" detour.
QR sizing rules in Design Studio:
The QR re-renders at the exact canvas size, so scaling doesn't pixelate. Below ~0.6 in / 15 mm scan reliability drops; the canvas inspector warns when a placed QR is below the threshold for the canvas's expected viewing distance.
Brand tinting in Design Studio:
By default a QR uses your org's primary brand color. To override on a per-canvas basis, click the QR + change its "tint" in the right panel. Useful when a flyer's background needs the QR to be black or white for contrast.
